Welcome to Shonazz EduVerse (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our research survey platform and CV Reviewer service (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Shonazz EduVerse.

2.1 Survey Platform We provide research surveys designed to gather insights for the development of our AI-VR learning platform. Participation is voluntary and helps inform our product development process.

2.2 CV Reviewer Service We offer an automated CV analysis and recommendation service that:

• Provides personalized feedback on your curriculum vitae/resume
• Enrolls you in our product waitlist for early access to our educational platform
• Uses anonymized insights from your CV to improve our AI-VR learning platform

2.3 Service Availability Our Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our Services.

3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any information you provide.

3.3 Authorized Use You represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and to provide any information requested by our Services.

4.3 Content Standards All content you submit (including CV content and survey responses) must:

• Be truthful and accurate
• Not violate any third-party rights
• Not contain confidential information belonging to others
• Not include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material

5. CV Reviewer Service Terms

5.1 Service Description Our CV Reviewer service provides automated analysis and recommendations based on your uploaded CV. The service includes:

• Personalized feedback on CV structure and content
• Suggestions for improvement
• Automatic enrollment in our product waitlist

5.2 CV Processing By using the CV Reviewer service, you understand that:

• Your CV will be processed by automated systems
• Recommendations are generated algorithmically and may not be perfect
• We may use anonymized insights from your CV for product development
• Your original CV file will be permanently deleted within 30 days

5.3 Waitlist Enrollment Use of the CV Reviewer service automatically enrolls you in our product waitlist. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us or using unsubscribe links in our communications.

5.4 Service Limitations

• CV Reviewer recommendations are for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee job placement or career success
• Results may vary based on CV quality and completeness
• The service is not a substitute for professional career counseling

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Shonazz EduVerse and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services (including CV content and survey responses). However, by submitting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
• The right to create anonymized, aggregated insights from your content for product development
• The right to store and process your content as necessary to provide our Services

6.3 Feedback and Suggestions Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

13.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shonazz EduVerse regarding our Services.

• You acknowledge the limitations of automated career advice
