1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist for the AI and VR learning platform (“Platform”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not sign up for the waitlist.

2. Waitlist Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist
• Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

2.2 Registration Process

• Waitlist registration is free and does not guarantee access to the Platform
• You may only register once per person/email address
• We reserve the right to verify registration information

• 50% discount on first-year subscription

3.2 Benefit Disclaimers

• Benefits are subject to change without notice
• Discount offers have expiration dates and usage limitations
• Free course bundles are selected by us and may vary
• VIP support is provided during business hours on a best-effort basis
• Beta features are experimental and may not function perfectly

4. Platform Launch and Access

4.1 No Guarantee of Launch

• We are developing the Platform in good faith but cannot guarantee a specific launch date
• Platform development may be delayed, modified, or discontinued
• Waitlist membership does not create any obligation for us to launch the Platform

4.2 Access Priority

• Waitlist members will receive priority access based on registration order and other factors we determine
• We may invite users in batches rather than all at once
• Some users may receive access before others based on testing needs

5. Privacy and Data Collection

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

• You may leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us
• Leaving the waitlist forfeits any early access benefits

• We may remove users from the waitlist for violations of these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate the waitlist program at any time
• We may modify or cancel early access benefits with reasonable notice

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms
• Continued participation in the waitlist constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• Material changes will be communicated via email when possible

11. Governing Law and Disputes
