Agreement to Terms

By participating in the Shonazz EduVerse Survey (“Survey”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Shonazz EduVerse (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our market research survey and any related services.

By clicking “Submit Survey” or otherwise participating in the Survey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Participation

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to participate in this Survey
• If you are between 13-17 years old, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent
• If you are under 13, you are not permitted to participate

Capacity to Agreement

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from accessing or using our services
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge

Geographic Availability

This Survey is available globally, but certain features or follow-up programs may be limited by geographic location due to legal or operational constraints.

Survey Participation Terms

Voluntary Participation

• Participation in this Survey is entirely voluntary
• You may withdraw your participation at any time before submission
• You may skip any questions you prefer not to answer (except those marked as required)

One Response Per Person

• Each person may only submit one response to the Survey
• Multiple submissions from the same individual may be disqualified
• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of responses

Intellectual Property Rights

The Survey may reference or include third-party technologies, concepts, or materials:

Beta Testing Program

Optional Participation

• The beta testing program is separate from and optional to Survey participation
• Expressing interest does not guarantee selection for beta testing

Future Communications

THE SURVEY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Platform Development

You acknowledge that:

• Shonazz EduVerse is in development and may never be commercially released
• Features, pricing, and availability described in the Survey are subject to change
• Your Survey participation does not guarantee access to the final product
• We make no commitments regarding timeline, features, or pricing

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Technical difficulties or interruptions during Survey completion
• Data loss due to technical problems or user error
• Incompatibility with your device or browser
• Third-party service disruptions

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Damages Limitation

SHONAZZ EDUVERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Interruption of business operations
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Any damages arising from Survey participation

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SURVEY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) USD.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shonazz EduVerse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your participation in the Survey
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

Privacy and Data Protection

While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that:

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.

Continued Participation

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• These Terms remain in effect regarding previously submitted information
• Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shonazz EduVerse regarding Survey participation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
